There are no shortcuts to excellence. Developing real expertise, figuring out solutions for really knotty problems, it all takes time; longer than most people imagine. It takes resolute determination to apply skills and produce brands or services which give lasting value to people. Excellence, say industry leaders, is a long and hard road. It is not meant for the faint-hearted, neither it is flashes in the pan; not many are able to tread this path for long. But those equipped with the grit and perseverance do manage to achieve what they most truly deserve.

Spiritz Achievers’ Awards honours such select companies, brands and individuals each year to celebrate their untiring quest for perfection.

Taking the Virtual Route

The selection of winners in t10 distinctive categories was a really uphill task this year too. The raging Covid-19 pandemic did not allow the august jury members to physically assemble at one place and punctiliously go through each of the nominations; and this taxing exercise had to be done through the virtual route.

All the nominations were shared to the jury members and one day they all joined in via a zoom link to painstakingly rate each nomination in the designated categories. It was a long & laborious exercise but the esteemed jury members went through it with rigour, attention & sincerity.

In some categories, there were extremely tough contenders which led to long discussions and deliberations before the ratings were done. It is so fascinating and stimulating to watch the inspiring and invigorating sessions comprising industry veterans who have vast experience in brand creations, promotion and marketing, etc. Their depth of knowledge echoes in their pithy comments and observations.

Brutal Honesty on Display

The credibility of Spiritz Awards definitely lies in the brutally honest, transparent and surgeon-like unflinching observations & ratings.

The rigorous jury process finally culminated in selecting the most deserving winners in 10 categories. There are the inevitable joint winners in some categories while most others found solo winners. All these have been made possible by a galaxy of stalwarts representing the best of Indian entrepreneurship and individual path-breakers. It is about time, we raise a toast to them:
