Comte de Grasse launches 06 Vodka x Rosé

Comte de Grasse has launched 06 Vodka x Rosé. According to Comte de Grasse, 06 Vodka x Rosé is an entirely new style of vodka-rosé, produced by using an ‘innovative’ flavour extraction technique. Comte de Grasse distillery is located in Grasse, the perfume region in the Côte d’Azur, France. 

A  process named active wine extraction has been used by Marie-Anne Contamin, the Master Distiller of Comte de Grasse for combining the flavours of rosé wine with the vodka.

The spirit is made from French winter wheat and its nose is said to exude aromas of rosé wine, specifically from Domaine Château Vert, with strawberry notes. The palate expresses ‘subtle floral notes’, with white peach and a fruity finish.

Bottled at 37.5 percent ABV, 06 Vodka x Rosé has been priced at 50 USD per bottle.

06 Vodka x Rosé is the second spirits production from Comte de Grasse, its inaugural launch being 44oN Gin.
