European menu at Fortune Avenue Jalandhar

ITC’s Hotel Group’s member Fortune Avenue Jalandhar has introduced a European menu for its all-day dining restaurant Orchid. The new menu is a mix of European and continental food with a twist of fusion.

The new menu has been conceived and curated by expert Chef Summit Chakraborty. Orchid ensures authentic flavours of European dishes like Asparagus Veloute’ with Parmesan Foam, Chicken Consomme’ with Chicken Tortellini, Loaded Nachos, Cigara Boregu, Stuffed Fillet of Chicken, Mushroom Rissoto in Dessert Orchid Nostalgia, Panna Cotta with Berry Compote and so much more to its guests towards European cuisine.
