Culinary Art India showcases culinary excellence at AAHAR

The 16th edition of Culinary Art India concluded recently at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Hosted by the Indian Culinary Forum (ICF) in partnership with ITPO and Hospitality First, alongside the prestigious 38th Edition of AAHAR International Fair, the event, spread over five days, presented talent and innovation in various culinary disciplines.

The event featured competitions judged by a distinguished panel of WACS-certified jury members from India and abroad, setting new benchmarks for culinary excellence. This year's competitions were chaired by Chef Gautam Sethi, Cluster Executive Chef, Accor Hotels, Kata, Phuket, Thailand with Chef Arvind Rai serving as the organizing secretary.

Gold winners across 18 categories were honoured for their spectacular performances in the different categories. Among the standout winners, Ishaan Kaushal, Anant Chowdhary, and Teekshita Naveen Kumar excelled in the Mocktail Competition, while Shakeel Ahmad, NG Asane Nancy, and Aditi Khare impressed the judges with their skills in the 3-Tier Wedding Cake competition. Furthermore, Sumit Singh and Rabbi Khan demonstrated their expertise in the Authentic Indian Regional Cuisine competition, showcasing a deep understanding of traditional flavours and culinary techniques.
