Mumbai Travel Retail's subsidiary secures Eurotunnel retail contract

The Eurotunnel's French terminal in Coquelles near Calais has awarded Mumbai Travel Retail Private Limited's subsidiary, Le Marché Duty-Free the contract to operate duty-free business; marking a significant step in the collaboration between Adani Airport Holdings of India and Flemingo Travel Retail. MTRPL is a joint venture between Adani Airport Holdings of India and Flemingo Travel Retail.

Under this partnership, approximately 800 square meters of duty-free space within the Passenger Terminal building and an additional 75 square meters in the freight terminal will be managed by Le Marché Duty-Free, extending its services to Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) drivers for the first time.

Notably, the agreement excludes the UK terminal at Folkestone, emphasising the focused expansion efforts within the French terminal to enhance the retail experience for passengers and freight drivers alike, thereby complementing Eurotunnel's operations between Folkestone and Calais.
