India’s luxury wine range J’Noon launched by Fratelli

This is what happens when two passionate winemakers meet and share their common desire to create a history of sort.  Such a meeting between Jean –Charles Boisset, owner of Boisset Collection and Kapil Sekhri, owner of Fratelli Vineyards culminated in birth of J’Noon luxury wines. The wines launched in a beautifully curated evening at The Deck, Hyatt Regency, New Delhi are by far the most expensive wines produced in India.

The evening saw rolling  out of the J'Noon  white, red wines, and the sparkling called JCB N°47, made   in honour of India’s  independence year.  J’Noon white is priced at Rs 2500, JCB No. 47 at Rs 3500 and J’Noon red being the costliest is priced at Rs 4000.

J’Noon white is 60% Chardonnay  and 40% Sauvignon Blanc , J’Noon red is made of cabernet sauvignon 57.5%, Petit Verdot/Marcelan 38.5% and Sangiovese 4% and JCB N°47 is 100% Chardonnay Brut.

These grapes were grown in the Fratelli estate vineyards in Akluj, Maharashtra and skillfully converted into wines by Jean –Charles Boisset with the Fratelli team at its state-of- the- art winery.
