The last whisky in its series of spirits that is inspired by the popular HBO series Game of Thrones, has been recently released by Diageo. The whisky pays tribute to the fate of the fictional nation of Westeros whose Seven Kingdoms became six at the end of the climactic battle for the Iron Throne, in the TV show.

The single malt whisky named Six  Kingdoms has been matured in first-fill sherry-seasoned casks and has been finished in American Oak ex-bourbon casks.

Diageo has launched a Game of Thrones Single Malt Scotch Whisky Collection at the beginning of 2019. It comprises eight Scotch whiskies. The Game of Thrones whisky series facilitated Diageo to appreciably enhance its net sales this year to reach a figure of £12.9 billion.

This Mortlach single malt Scotch whisky aged 15 years has an RRP of £120 for 700ml.
