The food festival ‘Jashan-e-Mausaum-e-Garma’ is being brought to life by the celebrity chef Osama Jalali and his family. The festival, which is taking place from 18th-27th May, is projected to be presenting many lost recipes from Delhi of its summer season.

The event is going on in two restaurants simultaneously – at the multi-cuisine restaurant Mosaic, and at Spice Art, a fine dining Indian specialty restaurant, both housed in Crowne Plaza Greater Noida.

The festival will take you back to those times in Delhi where vegetables used to be the main ingredient and were often cooked with meat to create some magical dishes that were not heavy on your palate.

Guests participating at the festival can get to enjoy delicacies which include Silbatta Shammi Kebab, Dahikhuske Kabab, Bhindi Gosht, Torai ke Chilke and much more. The seasonal fruit chaat with fruits like shahtootjamunfalsa, etc. served chilled is a highlight of the festival.

Gulab ki Kheer, Rabri Faluda and Kulfi are among the delectable desserts on offer to culminate the meal.

Commenting on the promotion, General Manager of the hotel, Sharad Upadhyay said, “It has always been our endeavour to bring unique and creative promotions in our food & beverage arena at the hotel. This food promotion is unique in two ways – one it is simultaneously taking place in two of our key restaurants. Secondly, the celebrity Chef Osama Jalali is here in this locality for the very first time. We look forward to welcoming you during 18th-27th May.”
