Nepal permits nightclubs to operate till morning in capital

Nepalese authorities have decided to permit clubs and discotheques to operate until 4:00 am in the capital city Kathmandu.

As per the new rule, alcoholic beverages retail outlets are allowed to open until 10:00pm and restaurants until mid-night. Additionally, entertainment businesses like dance bars and lounge and bars are allowed to operate until 2:00am. Clubs and discotheques can operate until 4:00am.
