Patrón creates four-time-distilled Tequila

Patrón has released the world’s first four times distilled tequila. It is named El Cielo.

It will be launched in the UK from 3rd July, exclusively at Selfridges’ London, Manchester and Birmingham stores and on Selfridges.com for RRP £170 (US$212). The special tequila is now available in markets across the US.

El Cielo is made with a distinctive distillation process and handcrafted from 100 percent Blue Weber agave.

The liquid is a balance of cooked agave, which is rich in sweetness, and citrus notes and is recommended to be served over ice with a slice of orange.
