FoSTaC program takes place in Satara

The Hotel and Restaurant Association of Western India (HRAWI) and the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) conducted the most recent Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) programme at the Jakson Inns in Phaltan, Satara.

Vivekanand, a trainer, Shailesh Rajadhyaksha, a General Manager of Jakson Gourmet, Ashish Ranjan, a General Manager of Jakson Inn, Rakhi Bansali, an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, and Bharti Vania, a Senior Sales Manager, took part in inaugural ceremony of the programme.

In accordance with the FSSAI's FoSTaC Training Programme, the Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) has successfully trained and certified 2647 professionals.
