New COO for Aman Resorts

Aman Resorts has announced the appointment of Ben Trodd as its new Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, Ben will oversee Aman’s hotel and resort operations, delivering the brand’s vision and strategy. As Senior Vice President, Sales & Hotel Marketing at Four Seasons, he has implemented data and analysis driven marketing initiatives to maximise brand value, optimising revenue generation, reducing costs and increasing customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Previously, he has served as Regional Vice President and General Manager of the Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel. Ben oversaw nine additional Four Seasons properties. He also played an important role in the opening of the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences in Seattle, WA, Palo Alto, CA, and led operations for the brand in Los Angeles and Hampshire, United Kingdom.
