The Glenlivet releases 13-YO to Taiwan Duty Free

The release of The Glenlivet 13-Year-Old Tropical Rum Cask has been announced by The Glenlivet, exclusively available in Taiwan Duty Free.

The liquid has been matured in American Oak for 13 years which culminates in a selective rum finish bringing forth a combination of sweet pear and red apple flavour notes with a tropical twist.

The nose will be delighted by a symphony of pineapple and flaked coconut notes entwined with creamy vanilla notes. A rush of freshness is provided by the flavours of mango and red apple, which are accented by traces of caramel and orange zest. The aftertaste is a combination of sweetness and creaminess with lingering aromas of the tropics.

The Glenlivet 13-Year-old Tropical Rum Cask with ABV of 48 percent retails at a RSP of USD 45 (70cl) and is available exclusively in Taiwan from September.
