Fortune Hotels Hubballi appoints its new GM

Pankaj Yadav has been appointed as the new General Manager of the Fortune Hotels Hubballi. He has experience in operations, hotel revenue, and food and beverage, spanning more than two decades.

He began his career as a mixologist at the ITC Kakatiya in Hyderabad before switching to F&B operations. He has the experience of working at prestigious hotels like the Green Park and Lemon Tree, in India and Dubai. He was a crucial part of the opening of three Lemon Tree Hotels. In his current role, he is expected to oversee all aspects of the hotel.
