Recently, the Indian Culinary Forum (ICF) arranged a culinary competition as part of the 20th Annual Chef Awards to commemorate International Chef's Day and acknowledge the exceptional skills of talented Chefs.

More than 150 Chefs from India competed in 11 different categories during the course of the four-day event. Prizes will be given to the victors of this culinary competition during the Grand Chef Awards 2023 ceremony, which will take place at Hotel Ashok in New Delhi, on 14th October 2023.

The Master Chef Baker and Master Chef International Confectionery categories were the main attractions on the first day of the cooking competition. On the following day, there were three Master Chef competitions: Master Chef Kebabs, Master Chef Oriental Cuisine, and Master Chef International Cuisine.

On the third day, there were two categories in which Chefs competed: Master Chef North Indian Cuisine and Master Chef Indian Sweets. On the fourth day, the Chefs competed in three categories: Master Chef Butcher, Master Chef Fruit & Vegetable Carving, and Master Chef South, East, and West Cuisine.

The competition took place across three days at the Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Delhi, with the first day of the competition taking place at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts in Gurugram.

Contestants impressed the judges with their creations and presentations of delicious dishes in captivating formats. A prestigious jury comprising WACS-certified members evaluated the competitions.
