Occasional liquor licence required for house party in Noida

If anyone from Noida plans to organize a party with alcohol at home or a community hall in the city area, they need to apply for an occasional bar licence to avoid legal actions. Absence of such licence would attract legal actions.

Such occasional licences to serve liquor at parties can be get under two categories: for house parties with limited individuals by paying a fee of Rs 4,000 and for larger crowds attending events at community halls, restaurants, or banquets, amongst others for a licence fee of Rs 11,000.

Authorities have started reaching out to residents' welfare associations (RWAs) and citizens, informing them about guidelines for procuring occasional licences.
