Diageo India supports Telangana police on road safety

Diageo India has provided 50 advanced Alcohol Breath Analyzers to Telangana Police to combat drunk driving in the state. In an event in Hyderabad, as part of this CSR initiative, the company supported the Telangana Police to provide instruments to facilitate enforcement of road safety measures across the state.

Diageo India is actively involved in promoting anti-drunk driving initiatives through its flagship program, 'Wrong Side Of The Road'. This program utilises real-life scenarios to raise awareness among adults about the dangers of drunk driving.

The 'Wrong Side of The Road' program, developed in collaboration with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), aims to educate participants on the adverse effects of drunk driving.
