Three liquor vends located at Terminal 3, Indira Gandhi International Airport have been permitted to open by the Delhi Excise Department, following their submission of compliance report for completion of monthly stock record (MSR) activity. Of course, these shops need to stringently adhere to the national directives for Covid-19 Management and should comply with social distancing norms in coordination with the airport authorities.

The liquor shops at the airport also need to deposit 70 percent 'Special Corona Fee' on their daily total sales, which can be deducted from their ledger account linked with their Vend-ID in ESCIMS. The shops require to maintain the requisite balance in their ledger account.

For any unscanned sale, the MSR Gap shall be treated as the stock sold, and 70 percent Special Corona Fee will be levied and payable on the same.
