Distill Your World with The Macallan

The Macallan has introduced a new series of limited edition whiskies, which is named Distil Your World. The first edition of the series celebrates the historic and culturally rich and vibrant city of London. The series will eventually present the essence of some of the great cities of our planet. Distil Your World has been created in collaboration with the Roca brothers, who are owners of multi-award winning restaurant El Cellar de Can Roca in Spain

The outer pack design of the whisky bottle features a true scale map of London comprising the iconic Macallan triangle. Inside the box, the whisky bottle represents the essence of London and is surrounded by a unique three dimensional curved map of London. The red represents the iconic bricks of historical London houses. Inside, a photographic book documenting the journey is held within a drawer, in the interior of the box.

The Macallan Distil Your World: The London Edition is bottled at the natural cask strength of 57.5 percent ABV. The whisky has been matured exclusively in ex-sherry casks. It has flowed to only 2000 bottles.

The premium whisky can be purchased from selected specialist whisky and luxury retailers worldwide, which include The Macallan Boutique at Heathrow Terminal 5 in London among others. A bottle of this premium liquid has a price of 3,455 USD
