AB InBev plans domestic abuse policy for its employees in India

Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev), the world’s largest brewer, is envisaging to come up with a domestic abuse policy for its employees in India. The policy would include 10-day paid leave for medical needs, counselling and other issues. Under this policy, employees of AB InBev in India would be offered flexible work timings and access to employee-assistance programme as well.

This domestic abuse policy is gender-neutral and would cover1600 employees of AB InBev in India. AB InBev is also on its way to introduce an unlimited leave for wellness, which is over and above the 30-day annual and earned leaves.
