The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru has launched its own signature label of wine titled Falak Reserve. The name of the wine has been inspired by the hotel’s recently launched restaurant named Falak.
The wine has been crafted by The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru in association with Grover Zampa Vineyards.
The wine is the product of aging young Chardonnay and the Cabernet Shiraz in oak wood barrels for over a year to give them a perfect structure and well-balanced tasting notes.
The complex and well-balanced wine has pronounced aromas of red berries and cherries perfumed with floral notes of violets and potpourri roses. Falak Reserve complements the Indian cuisine well.
