Food for Thought FEST

The sixth edition of the Food for Thought Fest will come back to the capital on the 17th and 18th of December 2022, at GMR Square, Aerocity, New Delhi. It is slated to be an event packed with infotainment, featuring some big celebrities and experts.

The 2022 edition of the Food for Thought Fest will have talks and discussions around culture and cuisine in the ‘Thought Fest’, while the ‘Food Fest’ will be offering cookery workshops with master Chefs.

Sharing these details , Maneesh Baheti, Founder Director of The South Asian Association for Gastronomy ( SAAG) said that the two of the biggest stars at this year’s edition of the event will be the globally recognised Chef Asma Khan from London, and Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi from India. This year too, the theme of the Food Court is ‘A Taste of Luxury’ where luxury hotels in Delhi-NCR are expected to showcase their top 7 dishes in their booth, which will be served in tasting portions and priced between rupees 150 to 450 only.

The ‘Fest Bazaar’ will continue to offer many exciting products for the avid shopper.

‘Tipple Fest’ at the forthcoming event is expected to offer visitors a chance to enjoy cocktails and other drinks, curated by some of the leading international liquor brands in India at very affordable prices. The event is also expected to have Master Classes by the Brand Ambassadors of the participating liquor companies at the dedicated stage; interspersed with quick cocktail making sessions and live bands in the evening.

The slated event is expected to appeal to the mind and palates of visitors, ranging from eager food lovers, bloggers, students of hotel management, to professionals from the hotel and restaurant industry.
