New Director of Operations for Raffles Udaipur

Gautam Khanna has been appointed as the new Director of Operations at Raffles Udaipur. Gautam has huge experience spanning more than 14 years in the hospitality sector. He has been associated with well-known hotel groups including Marriott International and ITC Hotels during his career. His most recent position prior to the present one was as the Pullman and Novotel Aerocity's Director of Food and Beverage.

In his present tenure, Gautam is in charge of overseeing the hotel's day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence. In addition, he will collaborate closely with the management team of the hotel to develop and implement strategies to improve the hotel's performance and reputation.
