Independence Brewing Company with its presence in Mumbai and Pune, has a new addition to its ambrosial menu. It is called Prince Charming. This specialty ale is prepared by fermenting a mouth-watering blend of malt and fresh apple, traditionally known as Graf; and then ageing it with fresh strawberries.

This beer with a semi-sweet finish and a slight pink hue, oozes of luscious flavour of juicy strawberries and its caramelly-aroma. With a percentage of 4.8 in ABV and 0 on IBU, it is available in three sizes of 250ml, 500ml and 1litre.
