Delhi's nightlife expected to get an impetus

This news has the potential to gladden the hearts of diners and tipplers in the capital. Under the revised guidelines, now all Class A outlets within five-star and four-star hotels in Delhi will be allowed to remain operational for 24 hours. Establishments in the capital which are operating within the premises of the airport are also allowed to operate 24/7.

The revised guidelines also state that more than one liquor serving outlet in five-star and four-star hotels in Delhi can operate 24 hours a day, provided the hotel concerned obtains separate licenses for each of these outlets.

The step is expected to give a fillip to the hospitality industry of India and nightlife of the capital.
