Distillery School launched in London

The Whisky Exchange has launched a distillery school in London, located beneath their London Bridge store on Borough High Street.

Commencing from July 12, 2023, this school offers engaging seminars on whisky and rum blending, as well as gin distilling experiences.

The school is equipped with 16 micropot stills and a 50-liter still, allowing visitors to craft their own personalized gins or delve into the art of combining rum or whisky.
Prices for rum blending start at US$120, while gin distillation and whisky blending start at US$152. Gin distilling participants can select from a range of 24 botanicals to create their custom blend with their preferred flavor profile.

These blending sessions involve tasting different spirits and learning the art of selecting ingredients for desired blends.
Each session accommodates 16 participants, and the distilling and blending space is also available for private rentals, tastings, and gatherings.

Bookings for the London Bridge Distillery School began on July 1, 2023.
