New FHRAI President appointed

Pradeep Shetty, Director, Maharaja Hotels, Mumbai, has been unanimously chosen by the membership of the Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) to serve as its president.

He has been a contributing member of the association for over ten years. He is also the HRAWI's (Hotel and Restaurant Association of Western India) President.

The other new FHRAI office holders were chosen by the Executive Committee as well. From the Hotel & Restaurant Association of Northern India (HRANI), The South India Hotels & Restaurants Association (SIHRA), and Hotel & Restaurant Association of Eastern India (HRAEI), respectively, Surendra Kumar Jaiswal, K Nagaraju, and T S Walia were chosen as vice presidents.

According to the announcement, DVS Somaraju and Nirav Gandhi have been chosen to serve as the Federation's honorary treasurer and secretary, respectively. Sudesh Kumar Poddar and Amarvir Singh will serve as the organization's joint honorary secretaries.
