ED summons Kejriwal

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) summoned Delhi’s Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on 2nd November for questioning in connection with Delhi’s scrapped excise policy case.

ED issued summon to Kejriwal on the same day the Supreme Court rejected the bail plea of the former Deputy CM of Delhi, Manish Sisodia in connection with alleged irregularities linked to the formulation and execution of Delhi's previously discarded excise policy.

Delhi’s CM has been summoned for questioning in the same case by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in April this year.
