Ukiyo Spirits launches Tokyo Dry Gin

Japanese gin brand, Ukiyo Spirits has launched a new expression named Ukiyo Tokyo Dry Gin.

The gin has been made with Japanese botanicals such as yuzu peel, mikan peel, sakura flower, sakura leaf and sansho pepper. It has been distilled in copper pot stills. In addition to its Japanese flavours, the gin also has traditional botanicals such as juniper, pepper, coriander, angelica root, lemon peel, cardamom and rosemary.

The Tokyo Dry Gin is bottled at 40 percent ABV. It will be available in February at select retailers across the UK, Australia and the Netherlands for RRP £35.
