Beam Suntory launches Brand Ambassador Excellence platform for GTR

Beam Suntory has developed a new Brand Ambassador Excellence digital platform to support its team in the global travel retail business.
The aim of the new platform is to develop staff knowledge and take learning to the next level so that it can deliver premium shopper experiences worldwide. With a range of functionalities, the platform will help its Brand Ambassadors with their day-to-day tasks as well as better engage with travelling consumers.

A centralised digital learning hub invites users to immerse themselves in over 200 years of brand stories and industry knowledge. Assigned e-learning plans allow them to focus on the key priorities for their location – and keep track of progress – while earning points for different achievements and milestones.
