Idaaya rum in J&K
Oakland Bottlers and Those Good Distillers have launched a new rum brand named ‘Idaaya,’ in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Idaya was introduced in the presence of local authorities of the UT.
Idaaya is a blend of premium rums from Latin America, aged for 12 years, and Indian molasses spirit, reflecting a fusion of international excellence and Indian heritage. This new alcoholic beverage involves a meticulous selection process.
The production process of Idaaya incorporates elements of both Spanish Solera system and traditional Indian extraction techniques, resulting in a rum with a unique character and exceptional quality.
