The significant shift in her career occurred five years ago when she ventured into the realm of liquids, embracing the alcobev industry. In the alcobev realm, she found excitement of marketing with the profound satisfaction of pursuing her passion at work.
“Despite being a married woman, the alcobev sector welcomed me with open arms, offering an environment as inclusive and aspirational as any I had experienced before,” she asserts. She attributes the alcobev industry in instilling within her a greater sense of adaptability, making her smarter and more tactful in navigating the complexities of the business & personal world.
She points out that it is essential for every individual, particularly women in the business world, to steadfastly embrace their individual values. While not everyone may appreciate or expect it, staying true to oneself is paramount for my personal fulfilment and professional success, she asserts.
She however maintains the need for following one’s values with sensitivity, without imposing them on others. “While navigating the business landscape, it is crucial to strike a balance between asserting your autonomy and respecting the perspectives of others,” Shubhi avers. According to her, this delicate balance fosters an environment of mutual understanding and collaboration.

She has her share of roadblocks along the way to her success, where her efforts often went unrecognised. However, despite the initial setbacks, she remained steadfast in her commitment to her work and principles, believing that persistence and authenticity would eventually pave the way for success.
