Dry days ahead of polling day in Bengaluru By Spiritz Desk 23 Apr 2024 in Latest News New Update Liquor sales will be banned 48 hours before polling day as well as results’ day in Bengaluru as per an order issued by Bengaluru city Police Commissioner recently. According to the issued order, dry days in Bengaluru will begin at 6 pm on 24th April and continue till 12 am on 26th April and then from 12 am on 3rd June till 12 am on 5th June. Sale of all kinds of alcohol, usage and storing of drugs are prohibited in Bengaluru during these above-mentioned periods. However, hotels and restaurants in Bengaluru will be allowed only to sell food and non-alcoholic beverages during these periods.
