Discover the essence of Japan with Hanko, inspired by the traditional Japanese stamp. This cocktail features Sesame Oil Fat-Washed Patrón Reposado, Gari Cordial, Umeshu, and House Umami Bitters. Just as a Hanko seals documents with authenticity and identity, this cocktail seals your palate with exquisite flavours.

The Shodo draws inspiration from the fluid and elegant strokes of Japanese calligraphy. It combines toasted rice Ballantine's 7-Year Whisky, House Sakura Liqueur, Toasted Rice Syrup, Lemon Juice, and Egg White. Just like calligraphy, the cocktail evokes the harmony and balance found in ancient Japanese art.

Experience the ceremonial blend of Japanese traditions with Chadō. Served in a teapot, this cocktail combines Havana Club Rum, Matcha Green Tea Powder, Yuzu Juice, and hints of vanilla, reflecting the mindful moments of traditional Japanese tea ceremony.

Inspired by Hokusai's iconic wave, Kanagawa captures the power and beauty of ‘The Great Wave off Kanagawa’ with Blue Pea Mezcal, Homemade Citrus Curacao, Floral Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Saline, and Vegan Foamer. It is ideally to be served in a ribbed old-fashioned glass and garnished with a meringue marble.

Kōgei is inspired by the art of traditional Japanese craftsmanship. This masterful blend features Peanut Butter-Washed Ballantine's 7-Year Whisky, Strawberry & Jalapeño Pickle, Campari, Carrot Cordial, Lemon Juice, and Ginger Ale. Sip on a piece of tradition and artistry with Kōgei, much like traditional Japanese artisans who perfect their craft through meticulous techniques.

Experience Ikebana, inspired by Japan's art of flower arrangement based on colour, line, and mass. This cocktail blends Beefeater Pink Gin, Maraschino, Sencha Rested Sake, and Citric Acid Solution. Served in a old-fashioned glass with an edible flower and custom raspberry & strawberry paint, it captures the delicate beauty of Ikebana.

Indulge in Daifuku, a cocktail inspired by Japan’s cherished glutinous rice dessert. Combining Absolut Vodka with rich Red Bean Paste, cinnamon, Miso Paste, and vanilla, this drink recreates the sweet, chewy texture of Daifuku in a glass. Served in a ceramic cup with block ice and garnished with a Foo-labelled coin, ‘Daifuku’ offers a delightful taste of Japanese confectionery.
