Prohibition Nights at Four Seasons Resorts Dubai

At Hendricks Bar, nestled in the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, a captivating event called ‘Prohibition Nights’ has been unveiled. Every Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 pm, the bar transforms into a nostalgic retreat, inviting guests to step into the mystique of the 1920s Prohibition era.

As guests arrive, they are greeted by the dimly lit halls and secretive corners that set the stage for an evening of intrigue and excitement. The live jazz duo, Salt N Pepper, fills the air with soulful melodies and dulcet rhythms, which can transport guests back to the Roaring Twenties. The ambience is rich with sophistication and a hint of forbidden pleasure.

Adding to the allure, Bar Manager Erion Bardhoci has crafted three bespoke cocktails, each a work of liquid art. As a semi-finalist in the World Class UAE & Oman 2024 Competition, Erion’s expertise in mixology shines through in every drink.

The first cocktail, In Our Time, is a sophisticated twist on the classic New York Sour. It features salted caramel bourbon, clarified lemon juice, and a spiced red wine float, offering a luxurious blend of sweet, citrus, and spiced flavours.

Next, Movement redefines the classic Manhattan. This innovative drink combines coffee rye whiskey with crème de cacao and port, presenting a beautiful balance of bitter, sweet, and spicy elements.

Finally, Golden Mirror elevates the classic Boulevardier. This bold and vibrant concoction amalgamates gin, tequila, Campari, Aperol, and port wine, with clarified milk delicately added for a velvety texture.
