A regal culinary festival at Spice Art

Spice Art at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida will be presenting the ‘Lost Recipes of Royal Cuisine’ festival, featuring the renowned Chef Rehman. From 21^st-31^st October, guests are invited to savour the exquisite flavours and rich heritage of India's royal kitchens.

India's culinary history also includes a treasure-trove of recipes that once graced the tables of majestic palaces but have faded from modern menus. This festival seeks to revive those lost culinary gems, offering an enchanting gastronomical experience. At this food festival, guests are expected to be delighted through delicacies inspired by the royal families of the Dogras of Kashmir, the Nizams of Hyderabad, the Mewars of Rajasthan, and the regal kitchens of Travancore.

Chef Rehman, celebrated for his expertise and passion for Indian cuisine, will bring these historic dishes to life, showcasing the intricate techniques and unique ingredients that define each region’s culinary heritage.

The time of the food festival will be from 7 pm -11 pm.
