Celebration of innovation & culinary excellence

The much anticipated 23rd Chandiwala Hospitality Ensemble (CHE) is set to take centre stage once again at the prestigious Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, New Delhi.   The ensemble will be held from 23^rd -25^th October 2024.

Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management &Catering Technology is a NAAC "A+" Grade accredited institution offering four-year degree course in hotel management & catering technology  and is rated one of the top 10 institutes in India providing hotel management education. 

This year's event, titled ‘Food for Sustainability – Pioneering Solutions for Tomorrow,’ will highlight the growing importance of sustainable practices in the hospitality industry. As the sector faces increasing pressure to embrace eco-friendly innovations, CHE 2024 will aim to inspire professionals and emerging hoteliers to lead the charge towards environmental conservation.

Over the past 25 years, Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute has earned a stellar reputation for producing skilled managerial and technical professionals who are valued assets in the hospitality sector. The Chandiwala Hospitality Ensemble, generously supported by industry leaders and institutions, stands as a visionary platform for fostering talent and creativity in the realms of hospitality.

CHE 2024 promises to be a dynamic event, offering young hotel management students a national stage to showcase their skills and innovative thinking. The competition is not only expected to hone participants' culinary and managerial abilities but also encourage them to explore creative solutions for a sustainable future in hospitality.

Institutes and colleges from across the country are invited to nominate up to seven participants per team, with one accompanying faculty member. Given the limited slots, early registration is highly recommended, as participation will be capped at 30 institutes.

The 23rd Chandiwala Hospitality Ensemble is poised to be a celebration of culinary brilliance, where talent will meet innovation.
