From 9th -25th August 2024, Honk’s culinary team, led by its Director of Culinary, Sandeep Kalra, will take over Sampan's kitchen, offering Mumbaikars a unique fusion of flavours. Vishal Gupta, General Manager of Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, expressed his excitement about the collaboration. “This partnership between Sampan and Honk allows us to cater better to Mumbai's diverse and ever-evolving palate. We are eager to see how our diners embrace these pan-Asian delicacies that balance tradition and innovation,” he asserted.
