Grand Hyatt Mumbai has announced the appointment of Chef Neeraj Tyagi as its new Director of Culinary. With over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Chef Tyagi is recognised for his expertise in international cuisine and innovative culinary techniques.

Before joining Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Chef Tyagi served as the Executive Chef at Park Hyatt Hyderabad and held prominent positions at renowned establishments worldwide, including The Kempinski in Jordan and Shangri-La at The Shard, in London. His role as Director of Culinary at Pullman and Novotel Aerocity in New Delhi highlighted his ability to implement fresh culinary concepts, such as the acclaimed ‘The Farmers Basket.’

Chef Tyagi's global culinary journey includes collaborations with celebrated Chefs and numerous accolades.

As he steps into his new role, Chef Tyagi expressed his excitement to join the Grand Hyatt Mumbai family and his commitment to crafting memorable dining experiences that resonate with guests. “I look forward to pushing the boundaries of culinary creativity and delivering exceptional experiences for our guests,” he said.
