PCO (Pass Code Only), Delhi's renowned bar, has unveiled its transformed space and identity 12 years after its inception. At the heart of this transformation is 'The Forbidden,' an intriguing cocktail menu featuring 12 signature cocktails inspired by the secrecy of speakeasies and crafted with unconventional ingredients.

The newly revamped PCO 2.0 complements this theme, creating a nostalgic yet modern atmosphere— with some added features. Its newly revamped interiors span three floors and include a cocktail den, a lab for experimenting with new techniques, and a refurbished Director’s Room with an interactive Omakase space. Each room has a unique design, from Tartan checks in the Cigar Room to brass lighting in the basement. PCO 2.0 offers patrons a glimpse into the bar's innovative techniques and creative process.

Rakshay Dhariwal, Founder and Managing Director of Pass Code Hospitality, said, "With 'The Forbidden,' we have embraced the mystery and allure of the speakeasy culture. We are pushing boundaries by incorporating unconventional, misunderstood, and even prohibited ingredients in each drink. Our aim was to create not just cocktails, but stories that leave a lasting impression on our patrons. We are extremely passionate about the art of mixology, and we are thrilled to unveil our new menu along with a redesigned space that integrates elements from our cocktails into the overall experience.”

Radhika Dhariwal, Founder of Pass Code Hospitality, observed, “The new identity of PCO reflects our commitment to innovation in the evolving landscape of cocktail culture. As consumer preferences grow more adventurous, ‘The Forbidden' stands out as a unique concept that caters to the growing desire for exploration. PCO 2.0 offers our patrons more than just a drink, but a fun experience that challenges norms and excites the palate.”
