Radisson Blu Plaza  Hotel, Delhi Airport held a unique culinary event named ‘Taste of Nikkei Cuisine,’ which brought together the delicate artistry of Japanese cuisine with the bold flavours of Peruvian fare from August 9th to 11th. The event was led by Chef Luisa Serna, a renowned expert in Latin American cuisine, and Chef Sreenivasan, the Director of Culinary at Radisson Blu Plaza.

The Chefs crafted a seven-course menu that showcased innovative dishes, such as ceviche with a Japanese twist and tiraditos that balanced Peruvian zest with Japanese subtlety.
