The Glenwalk, a premium Scotch whisky, has disrupted India’s competitive spirits market by selling over 6 lakh bottles across 10 states in just seven months.

Maharashtra has emerged as the top-performing state, contributing 45 percent of the total sales, followed by Haryana (25 percent) and Uttar Pradesh (20 percent). It is currently available in Maharashtra, Haryana, Goa, Daman and Diu, Delhi, Punjab, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Madhya Pradesh. The company plans to expand the premium Scotch to five more states within a month and aims to cover 18 states and five countries by 2025.

To cater to diverse consumer preferences, The Glenwalk introduced 1 litre bottles in October 2024 and will launch 200 ml nips later this month, which are likely to drive a fourfold increase in sales.

Sanjay Dutt, the brand’s ambassador, expressed confidence in its future, echoing co-founder Mokksh Sani’s vision of making The Glenwalk a global spirits leader.
