The Dalmore 30 Year Old 2021 Edition launched
Whyte & Mackay has launched The Dalmore 30 Year Old 2021 Edition, which is the first bottling in its new annual series. The 30-year-old single malt is the product of being aged in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, which was followed by getting finished in Graham’s 30 Year Old Tawny Port pipes.
The whisky presents sweet aromas of freshly baked brioche and candied orange on the nose, opening up to a palate of black forest fruits derived from the Port pipes. The finish gives way to aromas of vanilla pod, Napoleon cake and shaved almonds.
Only 1318 bottles of the classy liquid have been made available. It is bottled at 42.8 percent ABV and the bottling is in a framed case. Dalmore 30 Year Old 2021 Edition is available exclusively from Harrods in the UK for RRP of 6,126 USD.
