RIL & Oberoi Hotels & Resorts to co-manage three properties

According to a recent announcement, Reliance Industries Ltd. and Oberoi Hotels and Resorts will manage three properties jointly throughout India and the UK.

The forthcoming Anant Vilas Hotel in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), the renowned Stoke Park in the UK, and another project in Gujarat are the properties slotted for this collaborative management.

Anant Vilas is the first metro-focused property as part of the luxury ‘Vilas’ portfolio managed by Oberoi, and it is located in Mumbai's thriving commercial district of Bandra Kurla Complex.

Stoke Park, a division of RIL, is a private sporting and leisure estate in Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire, and has a hotel, sports facilities and a golf course.

The project in Gujarat is still in the execution phase.
