Sanjay Singh moves Delhi HC to get bail

Aam Aadmi Party leader Sanjay Singh has been remanded to 14 days of judicial custody in an alleged money laundering case in connection to the Delhi liquor policy. After three days of the Enforcement Directorate's custody got over, Singh was produced before special judge MK Nagpal of Rouse Avenue Court.

The AAP leader told that during his three-day-long ED custody the Enforcement Directorate did not ask questions pertaining to the case and he was asked non serious questions. On yesterday, Singh moved the High Court challenging his arrest and ED custody in the above-mentioned case. Urgent listing of his petition was permitted.
