The judicial custody of Sisodia extended

SC reserves its order on Sisodia’s bail plea

AAP leader and Delhi’s former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia's judicial custody has been extended by Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court till 11th December, in connection with a money laundering case pertaining to the alleged liquor policy scam in Delhi.

While hearing the matter the court observed that several documents were yet to be filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for the accused person.

Manish Sisodia was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation on 26th February, and is presently in Delhi's Tihar Jail. The ED had also arrested Sisodia on 9th March in the money laundering case originating from the CBI's FIR, following questioning him in Tihar Jail.
