InterContinental Jaipur hosts Vietnamese culinary fiesta

InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road has been organising an exclusive Vietnamese Cuisine Food Fiesta from 24th January to 5th February. The fiesta is curated by Expat Chef, Do Van Quy from InterContinental Hanoi Landmark 72. Renowned for his innovative take on local ingredients and mastery of Asian flavours, Chef Quy's expertise is expected to be an unforgettable dining experience.

Specially curated lunch and dinner menus, at the hotel’s specialty restaurant House of Han, feature Chef Quy's signature dishes, such as Vietnamese Vegetables Curry, Pomelo Salad, and Vegetarian Banh Mi among others; offering a harmonious fusion of traditional Vietnamese cuisine with contemporary twists.

In addition to the delectable menu, the event will feature an exclusive masterclass on 30th January from 3pm to 5pm, which will be hosted by Chef Do Van Quy, providing enthusiasts with the opportunity to delve into the art of Vietnamese cooking. A Chef’s Choice Menu will also be available from 28th January for those seeking a curated brunch experience.
