Coca-Cola to launch RTD with Bacardi

The Coca-Cola Company and Bacardi Limited have partnered to launch a new ready-to-drink (RTD) pre-mixed cocktail featuring BACARDÍ rum and Coca-Cola. This exciting collaboration, titled BACARDÍ Mixed with Coca-Cola RTD, will roll out in select European markets and Mexico in 2025, with plans for a global expansion.

The Coca-Cola Company and Bacardi Limited have partnered to launch a new ready-to-drink (RTD) pre-mixed cocktail featuring BACARDÍ rum and Coca-Cola. This exciting collaboration, titled BACARDÍ Mixed with Coca-Cola RTD, will roll out in select European markets and Mexico in 2025, with plans for a global expansion. 
 James Quincey, Chairman and CEO of The Coca-Cola Company, stated, "We continue to diversify our portfolio as a total beverage company, especially in the fast-growing alcohol RTD segment." 
Bacardi Limited CEO Mahesh Madhavan added, "This partnership brings together two iconic brands to offer one of the world’s most popular cocktails, crafted generations ago with BACARDÍ rum and Coca-Cola, in a convenient, high-quality format. We're excited to extend our reach, allowing more consumers of legal drinking age to enjoy this classic cocktail." 
 The packaging for BACARDÍ Mixed with Coca-Cola RTD will showcase the globally recognized trademarks of both brands. This collaboration is a nod to their shared history, as the Cuba Libre cocktail, which blends BACARDÍ rum, Coca-Cola, and lime, was first created in 1900 at Havana’s American Bar.
