Triveni Engg launches two whiskies

Triveni Engineering and Industries Ltd. (TEIL) has announced the commencement of commercial operations in the Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFL) segment, as per an exchange filing.

 The company has introduced two new whisky products: Matsya and The Crafters Stamp, targeting the burgeoning domestic market. Matsya has an annual production capacity of 4,20,000 litres. The Crafters Stamp, another premium with annual production capacity of 1,35,000 litre.

 TEIL is a diversified industrial conglomerate having core competencies in the areas of sugar, alcohol, power transmission and water. The company is one of India's largest integrated sugar manufacturers and one of the largest ethanol manufacturers, while making significant contributions in Power Transmission and in Water & Wastewater treatment solutions.
