Accolade Wines in partnership with Avolta has launched its largest-ever travel retail campaign featuring Da Luca Prosecco that will run from November 26, 2024, to January 3, 2025, across major UK airports. The promotion, using the slogan ‘Precious Moments Bottled’, aims to elevate the brand’s visibility and reinforce its quality image among global travellers.

Expressing enthusiasm about the initiative, Jeff Bond, Channel Sales Director for Accolade Wines says, “It provides us with an opportunity to captivate customers from the moment they step into the duty-free stores through the use of prominent digital brand screens, supported by an in-store promotion featuring tasting opportunities for shoppers.”

The campaign features Da Luca Prosecco 75cl and Da Luca Sparkling Rosé 75cl, both exclusive to airports. Shoppers can sample these wines at digital tasting units, guided by brand ambassadors. The campaign’s digital screens are expected to generate up to 8.6 million impressions.

Highlighting the appeal of the activation Aisha Dad, the Category Manager at Avolta says, “Da Luca Prosecco is a very popular brand with our customers and it’s great that this impactful campaign will be live in several of key locations. It will definitely engage travellers’ interest and help drive sales.”

With activations at major hubs like Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester, the promotion is set to make a lasting impression during the bustling Christmas travel season.
